Songyin Creek Scenic Area

The Songyin Creek scenic region is located in the southwestern part of Xiping Town, an ancient county seat, along the banks of Songyin Creek. It connects nearby to Xiping Mountain Park and lies just 4 kilometers from the city center, covering a total area of approximately 8 square kilometers. This area encompasses seven major scenic spots: Yanqing Temple Pagoda, Stone Bamboo Shoots Fairy Trail, Hundred-Ren Cloud Peak, Twin Boys Snow Accumulation, Soaring Clouds and Verdant Peaks, Tower Creek Green Surge, Jade Spring Emerald Splendor, and Bamboo Creek Charm, as well as two provincial-level key cultural relic protection units. The various scenic areas are contiguous, with Songyin Creek running through them like a jade ribbon.
