The Former Site of the Federation of Industry and Commerce is a cultural relic protection unit of Songyang County.

Former Site of the Federation of Industry and Commerce (1956): Located at No. 53 Nanzhi Street, Xiping Subdistrict, it covers an area of approximately 1,088 square meters. Along the central axis from east to west, there are two sections. The first section is a two-story brick-and-wood building, three bays wide and four bays deep. The second section is an auditorium, three bays wide and seven bays deep, with a stage located at the rear end in the depth direction.

Protected Area: The area extending 2 meters outward from all sides of the entire building constitutes the protected area.

Construction Control Zone: The area extending 20 meters outward from all sides of the entire building constitutes the construction control zone.

Xiping Subdistrict: Xiping Subdistrict is the seat of Songyang County and serves as the political, economic, and cultural center of the county. It is located in the southeastern part of the Songgu Basin, 68 kilometers east of Lishui and 121 kilometers northeast of Jinhua City. The transportation is convenient, with Provincial Highway 50 running through the area, and the under-construction Longli Expressway will integrate Songyang into Zhejiang Province’s 4-hour economic circle.
