Songxi Village: Situated in the northeast of Pujiang County, Songxi Village is about 23 kilometers from the county seat. It currently has over 970 households and more than 2,800 residents. With a long history and a rich literary tradition, the village is recognized as a Famous Historical and Cultural Village of Zhejiang Province. During the Kangxi era of the Qing Dynasty, the renowned “Songxi Poetry Society” was established here, boasting a history of over 200 years. In 1986, the “Songxi Academic Society” was formed, comprising sections dedicated to poetry and prose, calligraphy, painting, and science and technology, where villagers frequently exchanged works and held exhibitions.
