The Pan'an County Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Hall serves as a patriotic education base.

The Pan'an County Revolutionary Martyrs Monument (Memorial Hall) is situated within the Lailongshan Forest Park in Anwen Town, Pan'an County. The monument was constructed in 1997, covering an area of 960 square meters with a total investment of 1.4 million yuan. The main structure of the monument is made of reinforced concrete, with the main body rising 19.27 meters high, signifying the establishment of the first Communist Party organization in Pan'an County in 1927; the triangular prism shape represents the three major regions of Anwen, Yushan, and Panshan; the torch at the top symbolizes unity and a glorious future. The base of the monument features two granite reliefs depicting armed revolutionary struggles by workers, peasants, and soldiers at that time, as well as three white marble wreaths. The front of the base is inscribed with a commemorative text engraved by the Pan'an County Committee of the Communist Party of China and the People's Government of Pan'an County. The front of the monument bears the inscription “Eternal Glory to the Revolutionary Martyrs,” written by [name redacted].

The Martyrs Memorial Hall was officially completed and put into use in 2004, covering an area of approximately 700 square meters. It mainly introduces the life stories and major deeds of 89 revolutionary martyrs from Pan'an County, and provides a comprehensive reflection of the development of the Communist Party organizations in Pan'an and the combat history of the revolutionary armed forces.
