Located in Ziyu Village, Shuangxi Township. The Cai Family Ancestral Hall was built in the fourth year of the Chongzhen era of the Ming Dynasty (1631), facing southeast. It has three courtyards. The first courtyard is a memorial archway-style gatehouse, and the second and third courtyards along with the connecting hall form an “H” shaped hall. The overall width is 12.4 meters, and the total depth is 32.25 meters. It features a flush-gable roof. The central bay uses a post-and-lintel structure, while the side bays use a through-tenon structure. There are nine rafters, using four columns front and back. The floor is paved with staggered square bricks. The drum-shaped stone bases have two rows of nipples, and the column tops feature rolled edges, with exposed roof structures. Zhongying Hall was built in the 23rd year of the Qianlong era of the Qing Dynasty (1758). It faces southeast, has three bays, with a total width of 12.3 meters and a total depth of 9.6 meters. It also has a flush-gable roof. The column bases are drum-shaped, and the columns are straight without rolled edges. The central bays on the east and west sides use a post-and-lintel structure, while the side bays use a through-tenon structure, with nine rafters. The front features a covered corridor, and the front porch has a barrel-vaulted roof. The roof is covered with yin-yang tiles, complete with drip tiles. The structure integrates wood carving, stone carving, and brick carving.

Ziyu Village: Located in Shuangxi Township, Pan’an County, at the upper reaches of the Dongyang River and the border area between Dongyang and Pan’an, Ziyu Village borders Tianshu Village and Hengtang Village to the east, connects with Shandian Chenzhai and Houshan villages to the west, links to Xincheng and Dongshanjiao to the north, and neighbors Panzhuang Village to the south. It stretches approximately 10 kilometers from east to west and about 2 kilometers from north to south, covering a total area of around 20 square kilometers. There is very little arable land in the village—277 mu of dry land and 291 mu of paddy fields, many of which are scattered across areas such as Xiapan Tianpu, Houshanwu, and Hengtangkeng.
