Yiwu Century Mall is located underground beneath Civic Square (Xiu Lake Square), covering an area of 55,000 square meters with a total construction area of approximately 90,000 square meters.

The mall has two levels, with the first floor being a commercial pedestrian street that houses over 800 shops, mainly consisting of individual retail businesses such as clothing, footwear, handbags, accessories, daily necessities, and electrical appliances.

The second floor is a large comprehensive supermarket spanning 18,000 square meters, currently leased and operated by Taiwan’s RT-Mart. The first floor features 11 streets running east-west, each about 200 meters long, and 2 streets running north-south, each around 150 meters long. In the center is a north-south fire lane, along with a central atrium leisure plaza.

Relying on China’s largest small commodities distribution center, the mall is steadily advancing toward its development goal of becoming a high-end, well-equipped, large-scale premium retail shopping destination that serves Yiwu and faces Zhejiang, also playing a strong role in accelerating the development of Yiwu as an international commercial city.
