He Guoyuan’s Former Residence is a cultural relics protection unit of Jinhua City.

He Guoyuan’s Former Residence is located at No. 226, Hesilu Village, Chengxi Subdistrict, Yiwu City. It dates back to the Republican era and is classified as an important modern historical site and representative architecture.

In August 2011, it was designated as a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit under the announcement document No. Yizhengfa [2011] No. 64, dated August 27, 2011.

Hesilu Village: Hesilu Village is located in the northwest of Chengxi Subdistrict, Yiwu City. It is a mountainous village situated upstream of the Changyan Reservoir. The village covers a total area of 376.22 hectares, including 52.28 hectares of arable land and 273.96 hectares of forest. Currently, there are 431 households with a permanent population of 968. The village Party branch has 39 members, and the two committees consist of 5 members. There are 9 villager groups and 23 villager representatives.
