The Wuxingtang Louxiating Residential House is a cultural relic protection unit of Jinhua City.

The Wuxingtang Louxiating Residential House is located at No. 50, Wuxingtang Village, Wuxing Village, Chengxi Subdistrict, Yiwu City. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is classified as an ancient building.

Oriented from northeast to southwest, it features a square pond on the right side. The structure consists of a 3-bay entrance hall, a 3-bay main hall (Louxiating), 4 bays each for the left and right wing rooms, totaling 14 bays, covering an area of 365 square meters. The building is distinguished by its exquisite wood carvings. The stone gate lintel on the facade is inscribed with “Jian Fangtang” (Viewing the Square Pond), while the dragon-and-tiger gate lintels on either side are engraved with “Lu Tan” (Treading the Plain) and “Lin Shen” (Approaching the Depths), making it a representative architecture of the late Qing period.

It was designated as a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit in April 2013, with the official announcement document number being Yizheng Fa [2013] No. 29, dated April 24, 2013.
