The Yali Louxia Hall Residential House is a cultural relic protection unit of Jinhua City.

The Yali Louxia Hall Residential House is located at No. 96, Yali Natural Village, Wuxing Village, Chengxi Subdistrict, Yiwu City. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is categorized as an ancient building.

The building faces south and consists of a three-bay entrance hall, a three-bay main hall, and four bays each of left and right wing rooms, covering a total area of 326 square meters. The building is notable for its exquisite wood carvings. The 24 latticed panels on the entrance hall and the left and right wing rooms feature 24 designs depicting Yiwu’s farming culture, making them important physical artifacts for studying traditional Yiwu agricultural heritage, and they hold significant historical, scientific, and artistic value.

It was designated as a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit in April 2013, with the announcement document number being Yizheng Fa [2013] No. 29, dated April 24, 2013.
