The He Tingluo Residence is a cultural heritage site protected by the Jinhua Municipal Government.

The He Tingluo Residence is located at No. 237, Hesilu Village, Chengxi Subdistrict, Yiwu City. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is classified as an ancient building.

It was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage site in December 2011 and as a municipal-level cultural heritage unit in February 2018, under the announcement document No. Yizhengfa [2018] No. 9, dated February 9, 2018.

Hesilu Village: Located in the northwest of Chengxi Subdistrict, Yiwu City, Hesilu Village is a mountainous village situated upstream of the Changyan Reservoir. The village covers a total area of 376.22 hectares, including 52.28 hectares of arable land and 273.96 hectares of forested land. Currently, the village has 431 households, with a permanent population of 968 people. The local Party branch consists of 39 members, the two-village committee leadership team has 5 members, and there are 9 villager groups with 23 villager representatives.
