The Huang Family's Eighteen-Room Residence is located at No. 176, Lingzu Village, Houzhai Subdistrict, Yiwu City. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is classified as an ancient building.

It was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage site in December 2011 and as a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit in February 2018, with the official announcement number being Yizheng Fa [2018] No. 9, dated February 9, 2018.
