He Tian Jizhi Hall is a cultural relics protection unit of Jinhua City.

He Tian Jizhi Hall is located in Hetian Village, Houzhai Subdistrict, Yiwu City. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is classified as an ancient building.

It was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage site in June 2006, and as a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit in February 2018, with the announcement document number being Yizheng Fa [2018] No. 9, dated February 9, 2018.

Houzhai Subdistrict: Houzhai Subdistrict is situated in the northwest of Yiwu City, Jinhua, Zhejiang Province. It borders Dachen Town to the north, Suxi Town and Choucheng Subdistrict to the east, Chengxi Subdistrict to the south, and the border with Pujiang County to the northwest. The subdistrict is located at latitude 29°22′5″N and longitude 120°23′2″E. The seat of the subdistrict government is Yongning Community Committee, which is 8 kilometers from the center of Yiwu City. It is close to Yiwu Civil Aviation Airport, and major transportation routes such as the Zhejiang–Jiangxi Railway, Provincial Highway 03, and Hangzhou–Jinhua–Quzhou Expressway run from north to south through the area.
