Jin Zhonghui Residence is a cultural relics protection unit of Jinhua City.

Jin Zhonghui Residence is located at No. 107, Old Street, Niansanli Subdistrict, Yiwu City. It dates back to the Republican era and is classified as an important modern historical site and representative building.

It was designated as a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit in April 2013, with the announcement document number being Yizheng Fa [2013] No. 29, dated April 24, 2013.

Niansanli Subdistrict: Established in December 2003, Niansanli Subdistrict is the birthplace of China Commodity City and is known as the “Hometown of Bangbang Drums.” The subdistrict is located in the eastern part of Yiwu City, bordering Dongyang City. It covers an area of 72.2 square kilometers, with a registered population of 42,000 and a migrant population of 100,000. It governs 35 administrative villages and 8 residential communities.
