The Old Street Qijiantou Residential House is located at No. 90, Old Street, Niansanli Subdistrict, Yiwu City. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is categorized as an ancient building.

It was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage site in February 2018, under the announcement number Yizheng Fa [2018] No. 9, dated February 9, 2018.

Niansanli Subdistrict: Established in December 2003, Niansanli Subdistrict is the birthplace of China Commodity City and is known as the “Hometown of Bangbang Drums.” Located in the eastern part of Yiwu City and bordering Dongyang City, the subdistrict covers an area of 72.2 square kilometers, with a registered population of 42,000 and a migrant population of 100,000. It governs 35 administrative villages and 8 residential communities.
