The Wu Kefu Residence is a cultural heritage site protected at the municipal level in Jinhua City.

The Wu Kefu Residence is located at No. 25, Old Street, Niansanli Subdistrict, Yiwu City. It dates back to the Republican era and is classified as an important modern historical site and representative architecture.

The Wu Kefu Residence, originally named Panxi Cottage and commonly known as the Western-style House, is located at No. 25, Old Street, Niansanli Subdistrict, Yiwu City. It is said to have been built by Wu Kefu, an officer of the Kuomintang, and is a Western-style small brick-and-wood house from the Republican period. The building faces east and has a west orientation, with three bays and is a three-and-a-half-story structure, covering a total area of 131 square meters. The entire facade is constructed with staggered bluish-gray glazed bricks. There are brick-made Roman columns, door and window lintels that are richly decorated, and large windows arranged in rows, giving an overall sense of openness and brightness. The ground floor has a granite-paved corridor, while the interior features wooden flooring, and the upper floors are fitted with wooden staircases. As one of the few remaining well-preserved Western-style buildings from the early modern period in Yiwu, it embodies the characteristics of Republican-era architecture, holding high historical and cultural value.

It was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage protection unit in April 2013, with the announcement document number being Yizheng Fa [2013] No. 29, dated April 24, 2013.
