Zhenxing Hall

Zhenxing Hall is a cultural relic protection unit of Jinhua City.

Zhenxing Hall is located at No. 59, Qiandian Village, Niansanli Subdistrict, Yiwu City. It dates back to the Chongzhen era of the Ming Dynasty (1639) and is categorized as an ancient building.

It was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage site in June 2006 and as a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit in February 2018, with the announcement document number being Yizheng Fa [2018] No. 9, dated February 9, 2018.

Niansanli Subdistrict: Established in December 2003, Niansanli Subdistrict is the birthplace of China Commodity City and is known as the “Hometown of Wave Drums.” The subdistrict is located in the eastern part of Yiwu City, bordering Dongyang City, covering an area of 72.2 square kilometers, with a registered population of 42,000 and a migrant population of 100,000. It governs 35 administrative villages and 8 residential communities.
