Xu Youming’s Former Residence is a cultural relics protection unit of Jinhua City.

Xu Youming’s Former Residence is located at the rear of No. 4 Dacheng Lane, Fotang Town, Yiwu City. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is classified as an ancient building.

It was designated as a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit in August 2011, with the official announcement number being Yizhengfa [2011] No. 64, dated August 27, 2011.

Fotang Town: Fotang Town, Yiwu City, is situated in central Zhejiang and the southern part of Yiwu, about ten kilometers from China Commodity City. It borders Dongyang City to the east, connects with Chian Town to the south, adjoins Yiting Town and Jindong District to the west, and neighbors Jiangdong and Choujiang Subdistricts to the north. The town covers an area of 134.1 square kilometers, governs 106 administrative villages and 3 residential committees, with a permanent population of 81,000 and a migrant population of 60,000.
