Jiusi Hall in Beilei Second Village is located at No. 1, Jiusi Hall, Beilei Second Village, Fotang Town, Yiwu City. It dates back to the Jiaqing era of the Qing Dynasty and is classified as an ancient building.

It was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage site in June 2006, and as a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit in August 2011, with the announcement number being Yizheng Fa [2011] No. 64 dated August 27, 2011.
