Jingxiu Hall in Beilei Yi Village is located at No. 29, Tianyan, Beilei Yi Village, Fotang Town, Yiwu City. It dates back to the 30th year of the Qianlong reign during the Qing Dynasty (1783) and is categorized as an ancient architectural structure.

It was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage site in June 2006, and as a municipal-level cultural heritage unit in February 2018, with the announcement document number being Yizheng Fa [2018] No. 9 dated February 9, 2018.
