Fahua Hall (Dongzhulou Xia Ting Residential House) is a cultural relic protection unit of Jinhua City.

Fahua Hall (Dongzhulou Xia Ting Residential House) is located in Dongzhu Village, Chian Town, Yiwu City. Dating back to the Qing Dynasty, it is categorized as an ancient architectural structure.

The hall faces south and sits north, with a pond in front. It is a two-story brick-and-wood building consisting of three connected sections — front, middle, and rear — each with three bays, along with a linked central hall. The structure covers a floor area of 340 square meters. Both the front and middle sections feature a ground-floor hall layout, use flat beams, which are adorned with carved interlocking scroll patterns. The interior and exterior eaves are decorated with exquisite wood carvings. The main hall has a five-rafter lifted-beam structure with double steps at the front and rear, connecting to the central hall at the back. The corridor is two stories high, and the rear section is a tower-like hall. The ground-floor hall layout is neat and well-preserved, with ancient plaques retained inside, giving it significant historical, artistic, and scientific value.

Designated as a municipal-level cultural relics protection site in June 2006 and as a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit in April 2013, with announcement number Yizheng Fa [2013] No. 29 dated April 24, 2013.
