The former residence of Zhu Xianwen is located in Yazhi Street Village, Chian Town, Yiwu City. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is classified as an ancient building.

It was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage site in June 2006, and as a municipal-level cultural heritage unit in February 2018, with the official announcement number being Yizheng Fa [2018] No. 9 dated February 9, 2018.

Yazhi Street Village: Located at the southern foot of the scenic Fenghuang Mountain and surrounded by mountains, Yazhi Street in Chian Town, Yiwu City, features flat terrain and convenient transportation. The Longxi Stream runs clear and flows around the village, with weeping willows and osmanthus trees swaying along its banks, creating a beautiful and talent-nurturing environment, often referred to as the "Back Garden of Yiwu." The village has a total of 706 farming households, a population of 1,775, and over 500 migrant workers. It encompasses 1,430 mu of arable land and primarily focuses on eco-friendly green agriculture, serving as a pollution-free agricultural product production base in Yiwu City.
