Yazhi Street Zengshu House is located in Yazhi Street Village, Chian Town, Yiwu City. It dates back to the Republican era and is categorized as a modern-era significant historical site and representative architecture.

It was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage protection site in December 2011 and as a municipal-level cultural heritage protection unit in February 2018. The official announcement document number is Yizheng Fa [2018] No. 9, dated February 9, 2018.

Yazhi Street Village: Nestled among lush mountains and situated at the southern foot of the scenic Fenghuang Mountain, Yazhi Street in Chian Town, Yiwu City, boasts flat terrain and convenient transportation. A clear stream, Longxi Creek, meanders around the village, while osmanthus trees along the creek sway gently in the breeze. Blessed with talented people and a beautiful environment, it is known as the “Back Garden of Yiwu.” The village has a total of 706 households, with a population of 1,775, including over 500 migrant workers.
