Yazhi Street Gengyutang is a cultural heritage unit protected at the municipal level in Jinhua City.

Yazhi Street Gengyutang is located in Yazhi Street Village, Chian Town, Yiwu City. It dates back to the Republican era and is categorized as an important modern historical site and representative architecture.

It was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage site in November 2013, and as a municipal-level cultural heritage unit in February 2018, with the announcement document number being Yizheng Fa [2018] No. 9, dated February 9, 2018.

Yazhi Street Village: Situated at the southern foot of the picturesque Fenghuang Mountain and surrounded by hills, Yazhi Street in Chian Town, Yiwu City, features flat terrain and convenient transportation. The Longxi Stream meanders through the village, with willows and osmanthus trees swaying along its banks, creating a beautiful and spiritually uplifting environment, earning it the reputation of being the “Back Garden of Yiwu.” The village has 706 households, a population of 1,775, and over 500 migrant workers. It covers 1,430 acres of arable land and focuses primarily on eco-friendly green agriculture.
