Wu Zhaoji Residence is a cultural relics protection unit of Jinhua City.

Wu Zhaoji Residence is located at No. 336, Xiaohuangtang Village, Shangxi Town, Yiwu City. It dates back to the Republican era and is categorized as an important modern historical site and representative architecture.

It was designated as a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit in February 2018, under the announcement document No. Yizhengfa [2018] No. 9, dated February 9, 2018.

Xiaohuangtang Village: Located in the mountainous region at the junction of Jinhua, Lanxi, and Pujiang, Xiaohuangtang Village in Shangxi Town currently has a population of 962. The village primarily focuses on growing fruits and vegetables. In recent years, with the support and assistance of higher-level departments, it has completed the "Five Small Projects" including village road hardening, environmental beautification, village greening, street lighting, and sanitation improvement. The village layout is well-managed, featuring a beautiful environment with green yards and houses, contributing to the overall well-being and economic growth of its residents.
