The Chen Lirong Residence is a cultural heritage site protected by the Jinhua Municipal Government.

The Chen Lirong Residence is located at No. 117, South Gangyao Village, Yiting Town, Yiwu City. It dates back to the Republican Era (early 1930s) and is categorized as an important modern historical site and representative architecture.

It was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage site in December 2011, and as a municipal-level cultural heritage unit in February 2018, with the announcement document number 2018.02.09 Yi Zheng Fa [2018] No. 9.

Gangyao Village: Located in the southwest of Yiwu City, Gangyao Village in Yiting Town is about five kilometers from Yiting Town. At its southern end lies the central settlement of Hangchou. Backed by Huangdong Mountain and facing Zhejiang Province’s Agricultural Demonstration Zone, the village houses an ancient pottery dragon kiln. Standing atop the kiln, one can gaze into the distance where Nanshan acts as a natural screen, interconnected villages unfold, and rural scenery paints a picturesque view. Although there are no famous scenic spots, the village boasts a thousand-year-old pottery-making tradition dating back to the Song Dynasty, and the exquisitely carved and elegantly designed "Eighteen Rooms" are regarded as historical relics.

The village has a total population of 867, with 367 households, covering an area of 680 mu. Transportation is convenient, with both the Yidi Line and the Fodi Line passing through the village.
