Longtou Zhu Guanting Hall is a cultural heritage protection unit of Jinhua City.

Longtou Zhu Guanting Hall is located at No. 141, Longtou Zhu Yi Village, Yiting Town, Yiwu City. It dates back to the Ming Dynasty and is classified as an ancient architectural structure.

It was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage protection unit in May 1987, with the announcement document number being Yizhengfa [1987] No. 66, dated May 11, 1987.

Cultural heritage value: It is relatively large in scale, and its beam framework uses the raised-beam straight-post style, making it a Ming Dynasty structure with distinct period characteristics.

Protected area: The entire Guanting Hall building.

Construction control zone: The area within 20 meters outside the perimeter of the entire Guanting Hall building is designated as the construction control zone.

Yiting Town: Yiting Town is located in the southwestern part of Yiwu City and serves as the political, economic, and cultural center of western Yiwu.
