He Dian Jiu Jian Tou Residential House

The He Dian Jiu Jian Tou Residential House is a cultural heritage site protected by the Jinhua Municipal Government.

The He Dian Jiu Jian Tou Residential House is located at No. 7-1, Jie Lu Shi Ba Jian, He Dian Village, Yi Ting Town, Yiwu City. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is classified as an ancient building.

It was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage site in June 2006 and as a municipal-level cultural heritage unit in February 2018, with the official announcement document number being Yizheng Fa [2018] No. 9 dated February 9, 2018.

He Dian Village in Yi Ting Town is located in the southern part of Yiwu City, 13 kilometers from downtown Yiwu. It lies along Wuzhou Avenue, and the Fodi Line highway runs through the village. Behind the village is the semi-circular artificial lake, Banwan, of the Yiwu River. The Dongxi water system flows from north to south through Zhengtang, Shuiduitang, and Zhongxintang in the village, then through Jiantao Lake into the Yiwu River. The village has over 400 acres of water area and 2,012 acres of cultivated land. There are currently 2,750 registered residents, 1,150 registered households, and about 300 temporary residents.
