He Tongsheng’s Former Residence is a cultural relic protection unit of Jinhua City.

He Tongsheng’s Former Residence is located at No. 23 Dongtang, Hedian Village, Yiting Town, Yiwu City. It dates back to the Ming Dynasty and is categorized as an ancient building.

It was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage site in June 2006, and as a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit in February 2018, under the official announcement document Yizhengfa [2018] No. 9 dated February 9, 2018.

Hedian Village in Yiting Town is located to the south of Yiwu City, 13 kilometers from downtown Yiwu, situated along Wuzhou Avenue with the Fodi Line highway passing through the village. Behind the village lies the artificial crescent-shaped lake of Yiwu River—Banwanwan Lake. The Dongxi water system flows from north to south through Zhengtang, Shuiduitang, and Zhongxintang of the village, then passes through Jiandao Lake before reaching the Yiwu River.
