The Fan Family Hall Residence is a cultural heritage site protected by the Jinhua Municipal Government.

The Fan Family Hall Residence is located in Fanjia Village, Suxi Town, Yiwu City. Dating back to the Qing Dynasty, it is classified as an ancient building.

It was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage site in June 2006, and as a municipal-level cultural heritage unit in February 2018, with the official announcement number Yizheng Fa [2018] No. 9, dated February 9, 2018.

Fanjia Village: The village consists of 13 villager groups, with a total of 187 households, a population of 460, and arable land covering 347 mu. The village has an extensive network of cement roads, and a concentration of non-local residents.
