The Residence at No. 20, Yangtangling is located at No. 20, Yangtangling Village, Dachen Town, Yiwu City. It dates back to the Republican era and is categorized as a modern historical site and representative architecture.

It was designated as a municipal-level cultural relics protection site in December 2011, and as a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit in February 2018, with the announcement document number being Yizheng Fa [2018] No. 9, dated February 9, 2018.
