Cuihe Hall

Cuihe Hall is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Zhejiang Province.

Cuihe Hall is located in Chenzhai Village, Houxia Subdistrict Office.

Year: 26th year of the Wanli era in the Ming Dynasty

Cultural heritage value: One of the earlier surviving ancient buildings, with distinct architectural layout, style, structure, and other characteristics of the period.

Protected area: The existing building itself, including the front, middle, and rear sections as well as the left wing room.

Construction control zone: To the west, a straight-line distance of 18 meters from the east wall of Cuihe Hall to the west wall of the Chen Xunle family’s residence; to the south, a straight-line distance of 19 meters from the south wall of Cuihe Hall to the north wall of the Chen Chengchao family’s residence; to the north, a straight-line distance of 17 meters from the north wall of Cuihe Hall to the south wall of the Chen Xingyue family’s residence; to the east, a straight-line distance of 10 meters from the east wall of Cuihe Hall to the west wall of the Chen Weiping family’s residence. The intersection of these four lines forms a quadrilateral construction control zone.

On January 13, 2017, it was announced by the People's Government of Zhejiang Province as part of the seventh batch of Provincial-Level Cultural Heritage Protection Units in Zhejiang.
