Jinhua People's Square

People's Square is located in the central area of Jinhua city, bordered by Xinhua Street to the east, Zhongshan Road to the south, Bayi North Street to the west, and Jiefang East Road to the north, covering a total area of approximately 46,000 square meters. The square has a history of over 50 years, and its development has progressed alongside the construction of New China. At the center of the square lies a circular paved plaza with a diameter of 60 meters, in the middle of which stands a 43.9-meter-high steel landmark tower symbolizing the rise of the Eight Wuyue Regions of Jinhua. At night, the tower emits a radiant glow that illuminates the entire square, attracting much attention. To the east of the tower is a set of square-shaped dry fountains and cool mist sprays; when the mist is turned on, clouds of vapor envelop the area, creating a fairy-tale-like atmosphere.
