The Memorial Hall of Chen Shuangtian serves as a patriotic education base.

The Memorial Hall of Chen Shuangtian is located inside the Chenghuang Temple in Tangxi Town, covering an area of 200 square meters. With funding of over 50,000 yuan allocated by the Discipline Inspection Commission of Wucheng District, its preparation began in 2011 and it was completed and put into use in 2012.

The hall houses a large number of precious photos of Chen Shuangtian, documenting his significant life achievements, and displays items that were used by him during his lifetime. Of particular note is the woolen overcoat given to Chen Shuangtian by Stalin during his visit to the Soviet Union.

After the merger of the two districts in 2013, the Memorial Hall of Chen Shuangtian was designated by the Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone as a clean government culture education and learning base, aimed at promoting the spirit of Chen Shuangtian, a national model worker, and conducting mass line education and practice activities.

Tangxi Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Jinhua County. It is a major grain production base and industrial hub of Jinhua County. Tangxi County was established in the seventh year of the Chenghua era of the Ming Dynasty (1471), Chengguan Town was built in 1951, the county was abolished and merged into Jinhua County in 1958, Tangxi Commune was established in 1961, changed to a township in 1983, upgraded to a town in 1985, and in 1992, the former three townships of Dongzhu, Houda, and Zhongdai were incorporated. Located in the western part of the county, it is 25 kilometers from the county seat. It covers an area of 104.5 square kilometers and has a population of 45,000.
