Located in Lutian Village, Shuanglong Township. The original site was the Lutian Temple from the Northern Song Dynasty. After the temple was abandoned, in the 24th year of the Guangxu reign of the Qing Dynasty (1898), notable figures from eight counties in Jinhua built Lutian Academy here, enshrining the so-called “Seven Sages” of Jinhua from the Song to the Qing Dynasty, and the plaques “Sage of Eight Wuyue” and “Lutian Academy” were inscribed by Jinhua Prefect Jiliang. The total area covers over 2,000 square meters. The central axis includes a gate hall, main hall, and rear hall. Each has a width of three bays; the front hall has a total width of 12.40 meters and a depth of 6.00 meters. There are wing rooms on both sides. The roof features flush gables.
