Villa 601 is a municipal-level cultural heritage site in Jinhua.

Villa 601 is located in Shilipu Village, Qianxi Township.

In 2010, it was designated as part of the third batch of municipal-level cultural heritage sites by the Jinhua Municipal People's Government.

Qianxi Township: Located in the western suburbs of Jinhua City, Qianxi Township is just 2 kilometers away from Jinhua Railway’s New Passenger Station and West Bus Station. It borders the Wu River to the south, Linqiong Township of Lanxi City to the west, Zhuma Township and Luodian Town to the north, and Chengxi and Chengbei Subdistricts to the east, covering a total area of 22 square kilometers. The township administers 11 administrative villages—Tanzheng Zheng, Yangshi, Wangdian, Mayu, Houfantian, Zhaichuan, Xingfu, Hutou, Yazhai, Xiatiashi, and Huangqiaotou—as well as five residential committees: Shangchen, Lianhe, Shangtiashi, Baoyang, and Xiyuan, encompassing 38 natural villages.
