The Anji Pastoral Bear Adventure Theme Park is located in Anji, a beautiful rural destination in China. In 2014, based on the existing agricultural leisure and sightseeing infrastructure, planning and development of the Pastoral Bear Adventure Theme Park officially commenced. After one year of construction, it was opened to the tourism market. The theme park spans approximately 1,500 acres and is located in Hengshanwu Village, which lies at the heart of the Lingfeng Tourism Resort. The site enjoys significant advantages in terms of transportation, cultural richness, and regional positioning, with abundant nearby tourism resources readily available for integration. This provides an exceptionally solid foundation for the project’s development.

Through comprehensive analysis, and considering the natural landscape of the Lingfeng Mountains where the Pastoral Bear Adventure Children's Theme Park is situated, its overall positioning has been defined as: “One Core, Two Zones, Three Networks.” It uses ecological agricultural sightseeing as its environmental base, centers around children’s amusement, family parent-child interactive experiences, and leisure vacationing as its core functions, and includes wellness and health activities as an important supplement. This approach creates a truly one-stop dream space for play, learning, and growth, thereby establishing it as the largest parent-child interactive theme park with a unique environment and distinctive theme, as well as the most uniquely characterized leisure resort in today’s light-asset industry. In terms of development levels, the construction of the Pastoral Bear Adventure Children’s Theme Park in Lingfeng will, just like other tourist attractions in Anji, guide the Lingfeng scenic area from being a “natural ecological sightseeing destination” to an attractive “leisure spot” and an imaginative “vacation destination.”

The scenic area has planted 500 acres of various fruits including honey peaches, grapes, cherries, and kiwis, along with 250 acres of white tea. There are three major harvest seasons per year, with economic benefits increasing year by year. The park’s tourism infrastructure features distinctive elements such as the entrance splash plaza, visitor activity center, ticket building, parking lot, sightseeing lake, sightseeing paths, restrooms, landscaping, beautification, and dining facilities. It has developed into a comprehensive tourist attraction that promotes tourism through agriculture and vice versa.

The planned tourism facilities in the scenic area include: Entrance Impression Zone, Parent-Child Entertainment Zone, Agricultural Sightseeing Zone, Leisure Vacation Zone, and Wellness & Health Zone.

The overall construction plan uniquely incorporates the image of adorable bears as a lively central element. Through the principle of quantitative change leading to qualitative transformation, the park’s image is shaped into a thematic product centered around cute bears. At the same time, according to functional spatial positioning, the entire park is supported by a framework of six major product systems: family parent-child experiences, outdoor adventures, thematic exhibitions, farming experiences, leisure entertainment, and themed amusements. These come together to form the concept of "Pastoral Bear Adventure." Integrated with the planning philosophy behind the park’s development, these six product systems encompass eighteen key offerings that form the core content of the park: namely, Parent-Child Kitchen, Parent-Child Vegetable Garden, Steam Train, Hundred Crafts Workshop, Adorable Bear Landscapes, Graffiti Space, Water Adventure Park, Water Amusement, Construction Playground, Themed Park, Farming Experience, Pastoral Horse Racing Track, Aerial Ropeway, Theater Interactive Show, Petting Zoo, Crazy Farm, Splash Plaza, and Agricultural Sightseeing.
