Jingkongli Military Grand Canyon is located at the junction of Anji, Yuhang, and Lin’an counties. Its streams and valleys can easily rival those of "West Zhejiang Tian Tan". With towering mountains, flowing waters, lush vegetation, and a canyon stretching over ten li, the highest point reaches 1,000 meters. It is one of the most beautiful mountain valleys around Hangzhou. The canyon has a majestic presence, with a vast expanse of green as far as the eye can see. Rolling mountains in the distance appear and disappear through drifting mountain mists, and several steep cliffs rise sharply, reminiscent of Zhangjiajie. Man-made irrigation channels wind through the canyon, which many hikers refer to as the "Red Flag Canal of the Jiangnan region."

This is the kind of place that Jingkongli is. The mountains are shaped like a well and surrounded by ethereal beauty—hence the name Jingkongli.
