Gaojiatang fully taps into its tourism resources such as landscape culture, mountain folk culture, and romantic culture, developing it into an agricultural sightseeing and fruit-picking area centered around an agricultural park. Moreover, Gaojiatang Village is a national-level ecological village.

The Gaojiatang Scenic Area features the Qixing Valley as its main landscape sightseeing zone.
