Xiaofeng Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery is a cultural heritage site of Anji County, a classic red tourism destination, and a patriotic education base.

Xiaofeng Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery is located in the eastern part of Xiaofeng Town, Anji County. It was built in June 1984. In 1988, it was approved by the provincial government as a key protected site for martyrs’ memorials, and in 1995, it was named a “Zhejiang Provincial Patriotic Education Base.”

Xiaofeng Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery covers an area of 64 mu. It mainly consists of commemorative facilities such as the Martyrs’ Monument, the Martyrs’ Cemetery, the Memorial Hall, a bronze statue of General Su Yu, the Soldiers and Martyrs Pavilion, the Fragrant Legacy Pavilion, the Red Army Pavilion, and the Loyalty Spirit Pavilion. Among them, the New Fourth Army Tianmushan Anti-Rebel Campaign Memorial Hall has a construction area of 350 square meters, with two floors and three exhibition halls. Through over 400 photographic materials and 100 physical objects, it vividly depicts the battles of the three anti-rebel campaigns on Tianmushan.

In recent years, the cemetery has hired 12 veteran New Fourth Army soldiers and retired cadres each year to serve as volunteer counselors, giving talks on the history of the Party, the nation, the military, revolutionary struggles, and the Battle of Tianmushan to the public and students, with a total of 60 lectures annually. Each year, it also invites primary and secondary school students to dress in New Fourth Army uniforms and serve as volunteer guides in the memorial hall, giving a total of 150 tours. Currently, the martyrs’ cemetery has become the main venue for the county to carry out patriotic tradition education, national defense education, Party history education, and red tourism. During holidays and Tomb-Sweeping Day each year, tens of thousands of people from all walks of life and students visit the cemetery to participate in various forms of patriotic education activities. The site receives over 80,000 visitors from inside and outside the county every year.

Chengdong Community: Chengdong Community is located in the eastern part of Xiaofeng Town and was formed by merging the former Dongshan Village and Longpaowu Village. To the east, the community borders Dazhu Village in Shangshu Township; to the south, it connects to Shigu Bridge Village; to the west, it lies along the South Stream; and to the north, it is backed by Wufeng Mountain. The community covers an area of 4.6 square kilometers, governs 9 natural villages and 12 resident groups, and has a population of 2,016 across 586 households. There are 74 Communist Party members in the community, including 73 full members and 1 probationary member. In recent years, with the accelerated urban development of Xiaofeng, community construction has gradually integrated into the development of the new district.
