Quanfu Long Bridge

Quanfu Long Bridge is 235 meters long with 43 arched spans, lying like a long dragon over the emerald water.

To its south lies South Lake, and it is the first sight visitors see when arriving here.

The views from the bridge are beautiful — enjoy the gentle breeze and the slow-paced lifestyle of the Jiangnan region, all very relaxing.

Transportation

Located 38 kilometers southeast of Suzhou, getting to Zhouzhuang usually involves taking a train or bus to Shanghai, Suzhou, Kunshan, or Nanjing first, then transferring to a tourist shuttle or local bus — a very convenient journey.

1. Bus

① Suzhou to Zhouzhuang: Suzhou North Bus Station has a tourist shuttle to Zhouzhuang every 20 minutes.

② Kunshan to Zhouzhuang: Kunshan Bus Station offers direct tourist shuttles and buses to Zhouzhuang.

③ Zhejiang (Jiaxing) to Zhouzhuang: Jiaxing North Bus Station has buses to Zhouzhuang.

2. Self-driving

① From Shanghai: Shanghai → Yan’an Elevated Road → G50 → Jinze Exit → Shangta → Zhouzhuang Ancient Town

② From Nanjing: Nanjing → Shanghai–Nanjing Expressway (G2) → Kunshan Exit → Kunzhou Highway → Jinxi → Zhouzhuang Ancient Town

③ From Suzhou: Suzhou Airport Road (S343) → Kunzhou Highway → Jinxi → Zhouzhuang

④ From Zhejiang: Huzhou → Shanghai–Jiangsu–Zhejiang Expressway (G318) → Jinze Exit → Shangta → Zhouzhuang Ancient Town

3. Bus: You can take a bus from Zhouzhuang Bus Station to the ancient town scenic area.

Zhouzhuang Local Route 261: Board at 【Zhouzhuang Bus Station】 and get off at 【Zhouzhuang Xinpaolou Station】. It’s a 50-meter walk to the ancient town scenic area.

4. Taxi: You can take a taxi from Zhouzhuang Bus Station to the ancient town. A Santana taxi costs 10 RMB per ride, while a Xiali or mini car costs 5 RMB per ride.

Tips: Alternatively, you can take a rickshaw for 3 RMB per ride. However, it’s only a 10-minute walk from the bus station, so walking is the most economical option. Also, don’t believe rickshaw drivers who claim they can get you into the scenic area for free.
