Quangong Bridge

Quangong Bridge is a cultural relic protection unit of Suzhou City.

Quangong Bridge is located on Beishi Street in Zhouzhuang Town, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Commonly known as "Beizha Bridge," it was first built in the third year of the Shunzhi reign during the Qing Dynasty (1646) and rebuilt in the 36th year of the Qianlong reign (1771). Running east-west, the bridge spans the Beishi River. It is 24.1 meters long, 3.06 meters wide, with a clear span of 7.35 meters and a height of 4.6 meters. The bridge is made of granite, featuring a single-arch design with jointed segmental arch rings. The railing is constructed from blue bricks, topped with granite slabs. The structure remains well-preserved. In 2004, it was designated as part of the third batch of cultural relic protection units in Kunshan City.
