Jiangdu Zizai Park

Jiangdu Zizai Park is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Jiangdu Zizai Park is located on the north side of Changjiang West Road in Jiangdu District and the south bank of the Xin Tongyang Canal.

The park ingeniously repurposes the existing forested greenery to create the “Twelve Scenes of Zizai,” which are dotted among the woods. These cultural elements merge seamlessly with the natural scenery, providing a variety of fitness and leisure options for citizens of all ages.

Located at the source of the eastern route of China’s South-to-North Water Diversion Project and on the south bank of the Jiangdu Hydraulic Hub, Zizai Park is currently the largest urban ecological leisure park in Jiangdu. With a total investment of about 40 million yuan, the park covers an area of 190,000 square meters, including 150,000 square meters of contiguous woodland, making it the “urban green lung” and “forest oxygen bar” of Jiangdu.

The park has also planted over 40 species of trees and shrubs, totaling around 4,000 plants, as well as more than 40 types of herbaceous and woody flowering plants covering approximately 110,000 square meters. It features specialized sports facilities such as football, basketball, badminton, and table tennis courts, along with exercise amenities like the “Forest Breathe” fitness trail, walking paths, fitness equipment, activity squares, and a children’s playground—making it another great destination for physical activity and leisure, encouraging locals to “get moving, sing, and have fun” right at their doorstep.
