Hubei Guild Hall is a Yangzhou municipal cultural relics protection unit.

Hubei Guild Hall

It is now a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit, located at No. 174-2 Nanhexia in the urban area. Originally the main hall of the Hubei Guild Hall, it faces south with a flush gable roof, and is entirely constructed from fine nanmu (phoebe nanmu) wood. The hall is three bays wide and seven rafters deep, featuring front and rear rolled awnings. The column bases and bracket arms are exquisitely carved and well-preserved. It can be integrated with the historical and cultural block of Nanhexia for renovation, and connected with the nearby salt merchant’s residence of the Wang family to the east to form a cultural heritage site.
