It is now a municipal-level cultural heritage site, located at No. 12 Di Guan Di in the city center. It was the residence of salt merchant Ding Jinchen. The surviving structures include a brick-carved gatehouse, a main hall, a secondary hall, and a residential building, totaling five sections, covering an area of approximately 600 square meters. The main hall features a flush-gable roof, a three-bay width, and a depth of seven rafters, with wooden beams made of fir. There are rolled awnings both in front and at the back, and corridors on both sides to the south of the hall are connected to it, while six stone carvings of the “Hua Shan Temple Stele of the Western Sacred Mountain” are embedded on the outer sides of the two gable walls.
