It is now a municipal-level cultural heritage site, located at No. 17 Zhengyi Lane in the city center. Originally the home of a silver and money merchant. The screen wall features exquisite brick carvings: the upper corners are adorned with lotus flowers, the center embedded with white alabaster carvings of the Three Stars of Fortune, Prosperity, and Longevity, the middle section depicts fishing, woodcutting, farming, and studying, and the lower part portrays the historical story of King Wen of Zhou seeking wise men.
