Located at No. 210 Wanzhi Street, this is a building from the late Qing Dynasty to the early Republican period. It faces west and consists of two multi-story buildings—east and west—and a single-story wing. The eastern part is a single-story structure with three rooms and two side wings. The western part is a connected building arranged in a courtyard style, with two stories and an entrance hall that leads to Wanzhi Street. The layout of the building follows the natural slope of the street, utilizing the space efficiently.
