Located at No. 13 Xiejia Lane. Originally the residence of the Chen family, it once served as a secret liaison point for the Party. In 1937, Chen Su, the homeowner, along with Jiang Shangqing and others, established the "Jiangdu County Cultural Salvation Association" here before moving on to provinces such as Anhui and Hubei to carry out anti-Japanese salvation activities.
