The Ling Family Residence is a cultural heritage site protected by Yangzhou City.

The Ling Family Residence

The residence is situated at No. 90 Nanliu Lane. It faces west and is built with a brick-and-wood structure, featuring a width of three bays and extending through three sections. The first and second sections include three side rooms and two main rooms, while the third section is a five-bay small single-story house. There are wells and fire lanes on the north and south sides. The building is well-maintained and still preserves the original cement courtyard pavement and polished corridor stone slabs from its construction in the early Republican era. Currently, part of the residence is inhabited by descendants of the Ling family, while other parts are managed as directly leased public housing by the housing authority.
