Jin's Residence is a protected cultural heritage site in Yangzhou.

Jin's Residence

Located at No. 17 Sucang Street, this was the home of Jin Baozhi, the founder of Yangzhou’s long-established "Yangzhou Bathhouse." The residence comprises two buildings — one to the east and one to the west — and a flower hall. The east building is a two-story structure with four bays, featuring a traditional architectural style. The west building is a two-story Western-style small house, with three bays, built from blue bricks and wood, featuring terrazzo flooring and a flat roof topped with a small hip-and-gable roof. The flower hall is situated to the south of the west building, with three bays, and includes a courtyard with a square stone well curb and a brick-lined, belted-waist well shaft. The overall structure is largely well-preserved.
