The project is located across three villages in Luowei Township—Lianwu, Shengli, and Nongke—covering an area of 1,500 acres. Construction began in March 2011 and was completed in June 2012, with a total investment of 130 million yuan. The park currently features a pig breeding farm, feed processing plant, new energy biogas power generation plant, facility vegetable planting base, science and technology sightseeing garden, intelligent greenhouse, hundred-fruit orchard, ecological restaurant, Huizhou-style guesthouse, urban vegetable direct-sales store, Lianong fast-food chain, specialty tile factory, testing lab, and other facilities. It also has a comprehensive road and water supply and drainage system, power supply system, ground-source heat pump (air conditioning) system, logistics and distribution system, public address system, green squares, parking lots, and more.

Guided by the principles of ecology, circulation, organic farming, and efficiency, the company is committed to developing a circular agricultural production model of “pig – biogas – vegetables.” Currently, resources within the park are recycled, pollution is reduced to zero emissions, and the ideal model of resource recycling and sustainable industrial development in agriculture has been largely achieved.
